How long do I have to pay and what are my options?
we currently accept pay pal as your method of payment & your payment will be expected immediately or your order will be considered null and void and will be canceled. We do not accept phone orders or coupons (unless we provided the coupon). We reward our loyal (repeat) customers with coupons to use for a discount on future orders on this site. all items are shipped same day as cleared payment received with the exception of weekends and holidays.
Do you ship international?
ABSOLUTELY NOT. we used to but due to suspicious overseas accounts we no longer ship out of the us with the exception of CANADA only! International (CANADA ONLY) buyers (off mainland, not in the lower 48) can email me for a shipping quote.
I will consider AUSTRALIA AND JAPAN, netherlands and united kingdom only and only if the item will fit in one of the following size boxes. rates do not include insurance, tracking, etc. which is required; BUT U MUST CONTACT ME BEFORE PURCHASE TO GET YOUR SHIPPING RATE AS IT IS NOT CALCULATED INTO EACH PRODUCT FOR THESE COUNTRIES

Emails and updates are done each morning. So if you email me in the afternoon, a response will be made the next morning. If you are online in the morning, you may get an immediate response?
Do you accept returns or refunds?
No. since the items are generally used and I describe them to the best of my ability, all sales are considered final. Should you however, experience a problem, please do let me know.
orally taken items with broken seals cannot and I repeat, cannot be resold and therefore the reason for no return. please dispose of them properly but most importantly, consult your doctor before purchase.
Should the RARE situation occur in which I would agree to a refund, items being returned must be postmarked within 48 hours of receipt, with a tracking number and must be in their original stated condition and with original packaging. Shipping costs are NOT refundable.
How and when will you ship my item?
All items are shipped parcel post with delivery confirmation OR ups. please allow up to 11 days for parcel post delivery depending on your post office and location. Items over 20.00 are automatically insured. I cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, uninsured or damaged mail. Fragile items are packaged with the most ultimate care. All items are shipped within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment

Do you offer combined or discount shipping?
Yes. If you buy more than one item, your second items shipping cost will be discounted no less than 50 % and some times more. Depending on the items, sometimes the 2nd item can ship for free.
